Guest guest
Dont worry so much about the diet of diabetes. You follow a very strick and healthy diet right now and having been inthat practice for so long will be to your advantage. You will just need to add charbs to your list of things to count. Its really not that bad at all. However, I am sort of curious about one thing. When you had the GTT were you taking steroids at that time? Steroids will make your blood sugar sky rocket. Also I dont think an ERCP once a year is too excessive. Keep pushing for that it will give you a lot of comfort to have your questions and concerns addressed. Going into burn out might not be so bad. From what I have read and heard there is a significant decrease in discomfort and the diabetic issue is a very easy trade off, well in my opinion at any rate. I'm sorry it has taken me so long to respond, but I have had a bad week. Nature of the beast I suppose. I am very glad to read that Jim is doing well, please give him my best. I know that this news is very upsetting for you and understand that entirely; but things will work out. Just keep your positive attitude and faith.
