Thanks, , I will look into that. I was already

going to get the timer.

Now I'm truly freaked out because I was going to start

this diet for me first and then bring our son over,

but my husband really wants me to try it with our son

now.

So we have a long weekend coming up and I don't know

what to do...I need lunch ideas for a 4 year old in

the early stages. Ack.
