Guest guest
Question for you: I have put on weight over the past several years. Will losing weight take stress off the pancreas, etc? Thanks! :-) Eileen
Guest guest
I have wondered the same thing. I need to lose weight. The way I look at it, it can't hurt and will definitely help the other body systems. Losing weight takes stress off the whole body, sooooooooooo? I'm with you. Guest guest
I know were you are coming from. Ever since I have been taking insulin or some other med. I have been gaining weight, like a lot. I have not changed my diet either. For me I am so used to being around 135 I am now round 165. And it is all around my mid section, I feel soo bloated. I would really like to get back down to 135. I have to watch my eating because if I eat too little my blood sugar go nuts. What to do?? Guest guest
Walt, my weight is all in my midsection too. And I have hypoglycemia, so if I don't eat every few hours I get sick. Eileen
