Thankyou Heidi.. I'm going to have to buy a heating pad and try that.

It actually has been very scary.. I was scared of the surgery.. I

even had my first and second night terror the eve of it.

and then the lack of information (before I came here) really

unnerved me.

so I do appreciate the input in this forum.
