Friendship Farmer's Cheese

I'm just starting the CSD and am trying to find a safe dry cottage cheese. Is

Friendship Farmer Cheese acceptable? The ingrediets say that it contains cream

and

enzymes. I thought I read that the added cream was not acceptable. Thanks for

Myself and 2 kids are SCD, hubby is finally and ever so slowly

transitioning to it. Conditions we are treating successfully with SCD:

Yes, Frienship Famers cheese is SCD legal.

Milk and cream is what they make the cheese from, they don't add

extra milk or cheese after the curds are washed. Illegal cottage

cheeses add milk and/or cream after the cheese curds are washed

to " cream " it.
