Right, remove them before eating.

The use of stevia is strongly discouraged. Read here:

http://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info/knowledge_base/kb/stevia.htm

You may use honey. Elaine put the SCD cheesecake as part of the intro

(the original intro that wasn't geared for autism) and that recipe

does include honey, so I would think you could put a little honey in

the gelatin.

Here are school lunch ideas. Scroll 3/4 of the way down the page:

Here are two messages with lunch ideas, but some are advanced:

http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/pecanbread/message/53882

http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/pecanbread/message/38328

If you search the archives here:

http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/pecanbread/messages

you can also find discussions of what to send to school in the early

weeks of the diet.

I'm sorry, I don't know if any RA sufferers have found relief by going

on the SCD.
