Guest guest
Hi , Some children do not tolerate the goat yogurt but the good news is that the children recover from the bad reaction to the goat yogurt in about a week. The bad reactions might be due to die off since the yogurt making process changes the casein and makes it harmless. We recommend that parents wait a couple of months before starting the yogurt. We also recommend dripping the yogurt and only using a tiny amount: 1/8 of a teaspoon. There are a lot fewer bad reactions if parents follow our guidelines. Eating the SCD goat yogurt results in dramatic improvements for the brain. Mimi
