Guest guest
Hi everybody my name is Jean and I have been reading you postings for the last couple of weeks but this is my first time posting. I have really enjoyed reading about your experiences, especially the gassy ones! I have a question that I hope someone can answer. I sent in my patient information by e-mail the other day and recieved my confirmation back. My question is about the insurance letter I recieved later that day. It clearly states that the policy is not to send in the insurance letter until our packet is approved. It then goes on to say that they are asking us to send in the insurance letter instead of them. At the same time they sent me the insurance letter asking for pre-approval for my surgery. Am I supposed to hold on to that letter and send it in later(after my packet is approved) or am I supposed to go ahead and send it in now? I know this is really long but I am really confused on this part. Thanks Jean
