Guest guest
The only farmer's cheese I can find is Mexican Farmer's cheese. It has milk, enzymes and some other ingredient I'm not sure of. (I'll look at it today when I go to the store.) It's in a plastic vacuum-sealed container and seems dry. Anyone? Thanks, Cathe
