The only farmer's cheese I can find is Mexican Farmer's cheese.  It has milk,

enzymes and some other ingredient I'm not sure of.  (I'll look at it today when

I go to the store.)  It's in a plastic vacuum-sealed container and seems dry.

Anyone?

Thanks,

Cathe

Hi Cathe,

Sorry, but the queso blanco/mexican farmer cheese is not legal

because it is a " fresh " cheese with no bacterial culture added.

There are legal DCCC's listed at
