What happened after I plugged the yogurt maker back in

Just thought I'd report. I asked the question the other day, what to

do since I'd accidentally interrupted the yogurt making cycle by

unplugging the yogurt maker. It had started for a few hours, then I

unplugged it in the evening (total brain-fart) to make cookies, and

started it up again when I found it the next morning.

The yogurt was VERY sour and rather goaty tasting. Sour is good, is

it not?

I think it was fine.
