Guest guest
, You just made me feel so much better. I was really getting worried that it was only me. With gastric bypass we are supposed to eat alot of protein, well I can hardly stand to eat meat now. I will have pain and vomiting after I eat meat. When I have an attack I go on slim-fast for a few days because I feel like at least I am getting some protein and nutrients in. I cannot drink ensure. My weight was 120 at my lowest. I am 5'3 " . But I am a large built person to be that short. I was too skinny at that weight. I gained up to 135 and looked much better. After being diagnosed as a diabetic and being put on meds for that I really began to gain weight. Right now I am at 175. I do not like being at this weight. I would like to be back at 135 again. Exercising is out for me. I used to go to " CURVES " I loved it. Oh well, maybe one day again I can go back. Thanks for making me feel better about this!
