Guest guest
Dear listmembers, I wonder if the really small jars of food colouring, that is used for exemple in baking, is SCD-legal? I wrote a while ago about clay (Play-dooh) made of wheat flower used at the kindergarden. I have now made one for them with nut flower instead, that the kids can use. I wonder if I can colour it? Guest guest
Hi Lotta, Elaine said a couple of drops of food colour are okay. Some natural ideas for food colour: beet juice will make it turn pink or red - depending on the concentration of the beet juice. Activated charcoal will turn it black. Blueberry juice (simmered blueberries) will turn it purple to blue. Turmeric will turn it yellow-y Sheila, SCD Feb. 2001, UC 23yrs, PCOD 22yrs mom of and > > Dear listmembers, > > I wonder if the really small jars of food colouring, that is used for > exemple in baking, is SCD-legal? > I wrote a while ago about clay (Play-dooh) made of wheat flower used > at the kindergarden.
