I am not sure of the kind you are taking, never heard about it before, but 2 tablespoons are equal to 30 millileters; 1 gram is equal to 1000 miligrams. What is the amount of Vit C that is in the dosage you are taking. It should be written on the bottle or box. I would take Flaxseed oil; 2 grams a day; as it has the same benefits of the omega 3 fatty acids but doesn't give you that funky fishy breathe. I hope this helps. (SC) No, it doesn't help.LOL Sorry. I take Amalaki in powdered form and millileters and miligrams is more foreign to me than grams. (I lived through the 80's.) The website info is below. The herb is highly recommended in Nourishing Traditions which is why I chose it as my source for vit c. The package simply reads to take 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. with meals 3 x's daily. I will continue the flax. I was concerned about the fat.
