My daughter bought me a pair after watching me walk around the house in all of my waist level jeans with the top buttons undone....I'd usually wear a long top or shirt over the so you couldn't tell they weren't buttoned. Now the low rise is the only type I buy. You can get them in long/tall sizes, Sandy. My daughter wears a 35 " inseam, and hers are low rise. I'll ask her where she buys them and what the brand is.
