Guest guest Posted November 13, 2007 Report Share Posted November 13, 2007 I looked over the beginners sample diet for children I noticed that many fruits had to be introduced slowly and baked at first. Should I follow this closely or can I give my son fruits that he seems to to tolerate already. He has been on a GFCF diet for 3 years now but after reading about the SCD it seems like a better option. I just want to know how important the slow start is.
