Well, we just came back from our DAN! doctor and have to cut the sugar

(no bananas anymore--my son had 6 a day). Any suggestions on snacks

that are low on sugar and honey? is not a fan or veggies (yet)

and I want him to eat something!! Any suggestions for meals and

snacks that avoid sugars (and honey) would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Carrot chips (the picture is from may daughter's birthday party)

If he is okay with hoemmade applesauce or pearsauce you may be able to

substitue that for bananas/honey in some recipes (like the green

pudding:

Are you nut free free or dairy free? If not I have a few more recipes

Some who have to reduce/eliminate honey use saccharine as a

substitute. FYI - recent research on saccharine has vindicated which

confirms its safety as Elaine wrote.
