Guest guest
I just made the meringue cookie recipe (by ) from the pecanbread recipe site. While they were baking, some (I hope not all) of the honey pooled around the bottom of the cookies. Does anyone have any suggestions for next time? Guest guest
HI! I have made that recipe a zillion times and it happens every time. If you over cook them you'll think that they are fine until the cool. Then they shred apart. If it's just right then they will peel off of the parchment-the honey is the base. Make sure they are refrigerated cause the melt down if they aren't. I send them as a treat in a container and not a baggie. They fall apart otherwise. :)Aimee cookie question I just made the meringue cookie recipe (by ) from the pecanbread recipe site.
