Guest guest
HI Kaye, I already sent you an email but I was wondering if Viokase is one of those enzymes that need an antacid to be taken with them. Maybe somebody from the group will know. I am so glad that things went well with Dr. Cotton. He is really something. Warmly,
Guest guest
Viokase aren't enteric coated, therefore my doctor says that I need to take Prevacid with them. Crystal Galloway

Guest guest
Kaye, in case no one else has answered, Like said, yes Viokase 8 does need to have an acid reducer like Tagamet, Zantac, etc. I know because I take the Viokase 8 tablets. I hope they work out well for you. Kimber -- Kimber Vallejo, CA hominid2@... Note: All advice given is personal opinion, not equal to that of a licensed physician or health care professional.
