1 month report

HELLLOOOOOOOO EVERYBODY!!!!!!!!!!

I just wanted to update all of you on my progress!! I just left the

hospital laundry scale room and am please to report.....I have lost 25

pounds!!!!!!!!!!! 25 pounds have melted away and are NEVER coming

back!!!!!!!!! Thank God I had this surgery!!!!!!!! If anyone would like

for me to be a contact please e-mail me privately and I would be glad to

help in any way. I am living proof along with the over 1,000 others that

Dr. Rultedge saved. This surgery saved my life!!!!!!!!!! I have not

measured my body yet, but I know I am melting because I can fit into chairs

WITH ARMS ON THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If any of you have doubts about this

surgery please contact me. I can help. I would have never beleived that I

would have the energy that I have now. When I started the process of

looking into having this surgery I could barely walk 5 feet. My back would

start to hurt and I would have to sit down. After surgery I am walking a

mile. YES, I said a MILE!!!!!!!!!!! I do have to stop and rest, as a

matter of fact the stops are getting less too. The first time I walked a

mile I had to stop 5 times. The last time I walked a mile I only stopped 2

times!!!!! I cannot beleive I am walking a mile. I used to not go anywhere

unless they had the mart carts for me to ride in, now I pass right by them

and don't even think twice about it. I also went to the MALL!!!!!!! I

don't go to the mall because they do not have the mart carts, well I do now

I can walk the entire upstairs and downstairs!!!!!!!!!!

WHHHHOOOPPPEEEE!!!!!!!!!! I feel like a new person. And the intimacy

between my husband and I has deepend even more. When we make love I can

actually go the entire time instead of having to stop because I was hurting

somewhere. My stomach muscles hurt me now because they have not been used

in God knows how long. I tried on my formal gown for the christmas party

this weekend and I am in a 22/24!!!!!!!!!! I have not been there since high

school!!!!!!!! I was in a 32/34. I have gone down 3 dress sizes.

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am sooooooo happy. Alright I guess I have rambled on

enough. I will post my measurements tommorow!!!!!!!! I love you

all!!!!!!!!
