The last time the White Sox were in the World Series I was six years old. I remember when they won, some idiot turned on the air raid Civil Defense sirens in Chicago. Well, given tensions with the USSR, some people thought we were under a bomber attack from the Soviet Union, jumped into their cars in their pajamas and drove to Milwaukee! Strange world. Yes, the White Sox are in the World Series. They will win because it is their destiny. Yes, the White Sox are in the World Series. LONG LIVE THE SOUTH SIDE OF CHICAGO AND THE MIRACLE ON 35TH STREET!
