Hi Chrissy,

I am just so, so sorry that you have another hernia to contend with.

(I'm not sure whether that is as well as, related to, or different

from, adhesions?)

However, please, please Chrissy, don't give up now. I know I'm in no

position to talk because I haven't had surgery yet and you have had

so many operations, including the " biggie " . I'm not in any position

to give advice but I so much want to see you well again. Did the GP

give any sort of advice as to what will be likely to happen now?

I hope the pain meds are working. I know you've been having problems

with that.

(Please could you e-mail me your address again? It's half-term and

Jim and I are going to Prague next week. I'd like to send you a

card. We don't know what will be happening to Jim after

Christmas....he may need radiotherapy....and I may need the TP if

the ERCP/juice collection shows the P mutations which indicate

indicate incipient cancer.)
