Guest guest
For those of you who have won your Disability case, what was your primary diagnosis? Was it CP? There is not an exact listing for CP so you kind of have to go by symptoms and meeting certain criteria. Did you file under " chronic pain " due to CP and all the other diagnoses we all seem to have pretty much in common? I am awaiting a trial date to go before a Law Judge and I am trying to get " all my ducks in a row " to prepare. I have been denied twice and I now have a Disability attorney working my case. I would be very interested in any information I could get about this. For all of you who won your cases. . .GOOD FOR YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could use some tips My thoughts and prayers are with each and every one of you every day!!!! Thank you, T. (Ohio)

Guest guest
I think I was the first person so long with this. So he knew that I have underlying problems also. Here in TN the judge can bring in out of state people that can give some advice on what the person migh be allowed to work at all. Then you will have a chance to explaing how a typical day's are for us. If you need any help post here....hope everyone is having a good pain free nite > > For those of you who have won your Disability case, what was your primary diagnosis? Was it CP? Guest guest
Hi We are working on the appeal stuff also. We're not sure what to add, but we are in contact with an attorney and hopefully we will be given some good information. He can't afford to keep going on like this. Good luck and if I get any info, I will share what I hear. in Ohio. > > For those of you who have won your Disability case, what was your > primary diagnosis? Was it CP? Guest guest
, I haven't had a chance to read all the messages after being away from the board for a week, but saw this and wanted to respond. On my application, which was approved two days prior to my Judicial hearing date, my primary disabiling condition was " Chronic Calcifying Pancreatitis " , and the CP was recognized as my major disability. I had other conditions included in my list of impairments, (Diabetes, Malnutrition, Hypoglycemia, Hyperglycemia, Osteoporosis, COPD and Carpal Tunnel), but the CP was the primary one and it was the one that was discussed most thoroughly. If there's any way you think I could help you, feel free to list any questions or a description of what you've said and included in your application so far, to my personal email address, which is: hhessgriffeth@.... I'd be glad to help you win this case in any way that I can! With love, hope and prayers, Heidi Heidi H. Griffeth Bluffton, SC SC State & SE Regional Representative Pancreatitis Association, International Note: All comments or advice are based on personal experience or opinion only, and should not be substituted for professional medical consultation.
