I checked the legal/illegal list and didn't find tumeric listed. I've just been

diagnosed

with Crohn's Disease and I am having negative side effects from Entacort and

Pentassa. I'm looking for some natural, legal anti inflammatories. I

appreciate all the

good information on your website and the great answers from this group.

Yes, turmeric is legal. Some have reported good results with it.
