Hi everybody!

Just a quick update. As of today, I am 4 months post-op. I have lost

57 pounds (a little less than what I'd like, but I'm happy

nonetheless!). On surgery date, I weighed 307 pounds. Today, I weigh

250. Boy, I was sure hoping to be able to move that dreaded bar at

the doc's office one notch down, but I guess that's probably less than

a week away!

I've lost 29 inches total in my chest, waist, hips, upper arms and

thighs. I went to the store this week to buy a Christmas blouse--I

was quite shocked to find out that I was able to wear a blouse 4 sizes

smaller than pre-op!

I feel absolutely fantastic! I have so much more energy and am able

to move around so much better. As so many people have said, it's

really the little things that seem to mean so much. I can fit into

restaurant booths, airline seats, etc. It is so heartening when

people are shocked by my changes--and it happens almost every day!

There is no doubt that this is one of the best decisions I've ever

made!

Have a great weekend everybody!
