My son has finally found something he likes on this diet....almond

butter. He would eat it alone if I let him...the entire jar! What

other recipes do you have that uses almond butter? He really likes

this. Also, does anyone fight the ugly battle with chewing? He loves

to chew and we use to give him gum....I admit I did give him a piece of

sugar free gum....just b/c he was melting down in the mall.....what do

you suggest? Thanks in advance.

You can use almond butter in place of Almond flour in recipes.

Also recipes that call for nut butter (peanut butter/casew butter

etc.)) can generally be changed to any othet nut butter.

Steak is very chewy. My daughter can spend 5 minutes on 1 bite.

Sugarless gum and sugarless hard candy are strictly a once in a while thing. I

just froze a

Medjool date to see if it will be a good " sucking candy. "
