Guest guest
Do we get the prescriptions we need from our PCP, Dr.R or what? Especially the preop antibiotic (forgot the name)? I see my PCP Monday for my EKG, got the bloodwork done last week and will get a copy from her on Monday. Anything else I am forgeting. Do I get any of the RX(prescriptions) from her or Dr. R? If I get them from my PCP, could you list exactly what I need. Thanks post ops. Joni MGB 12/22/00 232/150/
Guest guest
It's easiest to have your PCP call them in to your pharmacy. They are listed in the manual under pre-op and post-op meds. Jude
Guest guest
Joni, Print the list that is on the website and take it to get filled. If they have anyquestions, they can call Dr. R's office or print it and get your PCP to write them for you. Have you had you EKG and bloodwork done. I get the EKG tomorrow, blood was done last week. My PCP also is checking my thyroid....she is probably hoping THAT is the reason for the weight! She is supporting me, although not thrilled I am doing surgery. When is you clinic? See you in Durham. Joni
Guest guest
Joni, hey girl! Download the pre and post of meds from the patient manual. I took those to my doc and he co-signed them for me. That was great because I didn't need the pharm. to call down to N.C. We all know how hard it is to get in touch with anyone down there. That worked great for me. Also, see if you can get samples from your doc. I got a lot of the prevacid and others from them. I appreciated all the free ones I could get. Good luck, ~ Mich MGB 12/21/
