Guest guest
Our blender works, but not so great for small amounts. An immersion blender might be good too. When I make the egg bread, I just use really well cooked carrots, squeeze out the water and then just use my hand mixer to mix the yolks and the carrots. It does a pretty good job. B. Guest guest
I use a hand blender... aka " immersion blender " . Mine is an inexpensive one that I bought a couple of years ago for about $20, although I wish Santa would bring me a Bamix! (Google that name to see what they go for) Anyway, immersion/hand blenders work very well for pureeing.... I use mine at least once every day. Quick and easy to clean. Can't live without it! Patti What do you use to puree? I have tried our small food processor and it doesn't work very well. I'l see if my mom will give me an early Christmas present.
