Guest guest
Hi Chrissy, Thank you for posting the poem. Of course it shows the same spirit that you have shown so many times before in your difficult journey. I'm so glad you draw strength from your remarkable writing, as well as helping the rest of us, of course. Creativity can do so much for those fortunate enough to possess it. I'm trying to imagine the disappointment you must be feeling at the moment. It is not at all surprising that you are feeling depressed. What would be surprising would be if you were NOT going through these emotions. I know you're missing out on family things at times as well. I understand how hard this makes things. You have your own state of health of cope with as well the wider effect on your life. I'm thinking about you a lot, Chrissy. I hope that you will soon recover your spirits, as I know you have done before at tough times, and face the next round with your customary courage and determination, which have been such an inspiration for many of us. I do so hope all will go well at the next stage. Looking forward can't be easy but I hope for very good things for you very soon. You have come through so much already. I know there must still be reserves of God-given strength. I'm just sending my love for the moment. I hope it helps a little while you wait for practical steps as well. I hope you can feel everyone's strength and warmth just now and that it will give you some of the support you need to help you through the current crisis. With love, Fliss (UK)
