Guest guest
My non-verbal daughter's daily dose of Kirkman's Lactobacillis Acidophilus is pretty high, and when she has regression of behavior and certain health symtoms, we increase it, and she always improves. However,I just read Elaine's recommendation not to exceed 9 billion CFU's per day. That's only 3 capsules and we take WAY more than that! Can anyone tell me, or direct me to the answer to the question: What is the danger (if any) of taking too much Lactobacillus Acidophilus? Thank you! Guest guest
Hi, Nannette, Elaine was afraid that in large quantities the acidophilus would overgrow and cause problems. mom to -12 SCD 4/23/
