She is currently coming off of the intro diet

oh and also I added mushrooms

She is pooing daily, quite firm poos though. She has been waking up

at around 3 every morning...for some time, initially I'm sure it was

because she was sick, tho since the intro it is like clockwork(I

think this is a sign of the liver working too hard - or so I've

heard). She wakes up every morning very upset and uncomfortable.

She does this pushing thing, she wants to press and push with her

feet and hands (which is pretty out of character for her). She is

inflexible, insists on having what she is after, even when it's

totally unreasonable (also out of character for her, she is an

extremely reasonable easy going child when feeling well). She is

also itching more on her wrists and behind her knees.

All of these symptoms were coming and going before I redid the intro

and now they are present a majority of the time. Although, last

night at around 6 she suddenly started to feel better. Does this

happen with die-off, does it come and go like that?

Thanks for the links Sheila, I am going to try the almond yogurt...I

will try it with the progurt starter.
