Thanks to Flo and to those feeling left out

First Flo...thanks for responding about the 1 month check up...that

is what I figured, but thought I would double check.

For all you newbies out there, please don't feel left out. First of

all, many times posts take awhile to show up particularly if folks

are on digest. I am a digest person and if I see that someone has

responded, I usually let things pass. Yeah, yeah lazy of me, but I

am on both the pre-op and post-op list and it takes a ton of time

just to read everything. When I was pre-op, I found that if I had a

question, I would often have good results emailing the person

directly. I also get usually at least one or two responses to my

group questions.

I must admit, that once you are on the other side for a bit your

focus changes. Believe me we all remember how it felt to be sooooo

anxious and spend hours on the computer. Once you are on the other

side, you are soooo focused on getting all the supplements in and

adjusting to new life so you tend to spend a little less time on the

computer.

Anyway, I wish all of you luck and will answer any questions you

have. I have done really well, 28 minutes with no nausea or

bleeding. I have not dumped and although I have been on liquids, I

have tried a little meat, potatoes and even a bite of pizza and all

goes down well. I seem to tolerate the sugar in juice and regular

citrucel as well. Hmmm, maybe it is not such a good thing. My only

problem is wanting to be thin NOW!

To all of the post-ops that keep sharing their wonderful

stories...CONGRATULATIONS and thank you! We all have our own pace,

but I know we will all get there. Thanks to Flo and Glo in

particular for their steadfast support of all of us, you are an

inspiration.
