Hi,,

So this is really just day 4 on the diet for your son (since potatoes

are not on this diet)?

So did you do the intro and then add banana? Or are you still giving

whatever is legal? Or are you still giving some illegals?

If you have been strict SCD with intro and then banana and your son is

having painful die-off, you wouldn't want him to go through that all

again. I don't think he should eat anything at the restaurant. I

don't know what kind of beef they serve. They may not even know what

kind of beef they serve if it's shipped frozen from a corporate

distribution center. I don't know if they would clean the grill

properly. I would keep him home and tell him that this new diet will

be helping him not be in pain, once it's given a chance to work, and

that you want him to be pain-free more than anything.

Today is the party.

I am not letting him go to Friendlys.

I feel awful... but doubt he could make it that long away from the house...

(they're seeign a movie first, which I hope he can do)

He was up in pain from 3-6:30am. I gave him constant things to help... which

usually help..and didn't. He finally threw up.

Is this die off?

Is nausea a symptom of the beginning phase?

After threwing uo, seemed better,

Thanks

,

How did it go?

Yes, that can very well be die-off, unless he is actually coming down

with something.
