Guest guest
I am confused about die-off versus reaction to food not digesting. My magic globe has been in a tailspin since my son was born (10 years ago) and I really wish I had FIRM signs to see to know the difference. I am on day 10. How long does die off last? And.. how do I put the automatic message at the end of my message that says how long on diet and stuff? Thanks for any help mom of ANthony ASD, 10, SCD 10 days, 6 doing it right
Guest guest
Hi , > I am confused about die-off versus reaction to food not digesting. This webpage will help you figure this out. http://www.pecanbread.com/new/begindiet1.html Go down to this section: FAQ: About the intro and gradual introduction of foods Die off usually lasts for a 10 days but may last as long as a month. If it lasts too long then get the help of a SCD counselor. Activated charcoal and Epsom salt baths help with die off symptoms. Green tea also helps with die off symptoms. It should be in the help section for your email host. Also, if you read on the web instead of getting emails, which is what I do, there is no way to do it and you have to type it every time. mom to -12 SCD 4/23/
