FYI-The CoQ10 chewable from Kirkman has raspberry flavor. The rest of the

ingredients are legal. But this is not a legal product because of the flavor. I

already owned it so I called Kirkman to get the ingredients for the flavor-in

contains dextrose. I never realized that 'natural flavor' could mean more than

an extract. Although I realize that 'natural flavors' are illegal because they

could be anything.

Also, I recently began making the toothpaste recipe that was posted. It was

easy, the kids think it's great. And I've seen more progress now that my two

year old isn't swallowing the illegals.

There are actually some legal flavors out there, put in by reputable

companies. What is the brand of your fish oil?
