Guest guest
Hi Sandy, while not intending to be diagnostic, that sounds like an imbalance to me. Try doing the same every day for a few days, if all is clear by the way, nothing should happen. Best wishes, Poncho - GA
Guest guest
Hey Poncho, I tried what you suggested. All I got was what sounded like water in my right ear, the one that doesn't make me dizzy. Don't know what that means...if anything. Thanks for the suggestion. :-) Sandy in Ca -------------- Original message -------------- Hi Sandy, .....so just hold your nose closed, keep your mouth closed, and exhale suddenly and sharply. It just takes a couple of seconds and the " popping " of your ears can balance the inner pressure to gain relief. Now this can also cause a bit of a sharp pain as the ear clears but it doesn't last long. Best wishes, Poncho - GA [
