I tried making the carrot chips, but they did not turn crispy. How

much oil do you use, and how long to you cook them? I know until they

turn brown, but how long in minutes?

The amount of oil depends on the amount of carrots and size of pot that

you use. I use enough oil to cover the carrots completely. Make sure

the oil is hot before adding the carrots.

There was no set time on how long it took because it depends on the

temp. of th eoil and amount of carrots you use. I fry them until they

turned the colour of crisp bacon

I fried them in corn oil.
