Melatonin

Does anyone know if KAL brand is a reputable company. I use their

legal melatonin. But I was wondering what the companies can get away

with. Is it safer to use Kirkmans melatonin?

How can families afford the supplements if everyone is on the diet?

I have my son on it, I am restarting it Thursday with my daughter and

I need to put at least 2 more of my children on it.

I do not know, but I do know that melatonin varies

between brands. My son was using one brand of

melatonin, and we tried a different brand. The

different brand did not work and he was up at 2 a.m.

the two days he was on it.

I don't remember right now what illegals are in it,

but I remember in reading BTVC that whatever is in it

is the least offensive. I hear you on the cost. We can

barely afford to eat right now and so I know I cannot

start going for supplements for a while yet. My son is

doing very well right now so I'm OK with that.

Is Melatonin legal?

I'm using the print-out of legals/illegals from www.breakingtheviciouscycle.com

and it lists Melatonin as illegal. I've used it in the past with good results,

and I'd really like to use it again.

Here is what Elaine posted about melatonin. I think we all need to

make up our own minds about it. Just make sure it doesn't have illegal

additives.
