Hi, I know we can't use garlic or onion powder due to the added

cornstarch. How about dehydrated, minced garlic or onion? Also,

what's the rule regarding garlic or onion salt?

Thanks in advance for the help,

Same rule -- because they often had anti-caking

agents to the minced onion or garlic, and the the

salts as well. The rule is -- make your own, or use fresh.

I'll post my recipes for them in a separate post.
