Carla-no laughing here! That's a great question! I find that cold fliuds

constrict my tummy more and I eat less. Sometimes the initial coldness even

feels a little uncomfortable. I find when I drink warm liquids (like my new

favorite hot water and lemon...yum) it relaxes my stomach and I eat more.

I've learned to drink cold water before/during parties so that I don't

overeat and take warm fluids so that I may eat healthier foods (like green

beans at Thanksgiving). I'm still learning and experimenting. Everyone is so

different!
