I was wondering if when we had our juice and liquid stuff, if it should be around room temperature, cold, or does it matter. Any help would be appreciated. Silly Pre op, Carla >> Carla-no laughing here! That's a great question! I find that cold fliuds constrict my tummy more and I eat less. Sometimes the initial coldness even feels a little uncomfortable. I find when I drink warm liquids (like my new favorite hot water and lemon...yum) it relaxes my stomach and I eat more. I've learned to drink cold water before/during parties so that I don't overeat and take warm fluids so that I may eat healthier foods (like green beans at Thanksgiving). I'm still learning and experimenting. Everyone is so different! Osler MGB 2/21/
