I actually don't have a new position as such, although now I manage the specialist college side of things as well as my other duties as deputy. In fact, I'm planning on retirement in July. Part of me wants to cry when I think about it! I love the job. BUT, I'll be 60 in February and am certainly feeling more tired than I used to. On winter mornings when I have to get up at 6.00 am to go to school, I think how lovely retirement will be......especially when I have pain, which is quite often. I'm glad I was in school for the official opening of the new buildings....it was the culmination of a dream and a lot of work for many of us. I hope to be blessed with some retirement time to enjoy some travel. I've been lucky to be able to work so long with this CP. Hope all is well with you.
