Just wanted to add my 2 cents too. I have had numerous

sphincterotomies and also have had numerous stents. Actually my

sphincter of Oddi muscle has been cut so much that my GI specialist

said that there really isn't anything left of that sphincter. Also, I

am in the process of setting an appointment with my doc to have more

stents put into my pancreatic duct because of a stricture.
