But do be aware that most seaweeds are also SCD

illegal. And did you know that Lugol's is now

regulated by the FDA because someone might use it

as a precursor for methamphetamine manufacture?

That is new -- as of 1 August 2007. (Of course,

it's still available in Mexico and Canada.)

Redmond's Sea Salt has natural iodine in it if you can find it at the

store. There's also a website if you want to check it out.
