Guest guest
If its boiled long enough to remove the alcohol isn't it OK? The UK pancreatitis support group has recipies for stuff like onions or mushrooms " sauteed " in sherry and Balsamic Vinegar. Of course they also have a lot of recipies for something called Quark that I don't know what it is.... Margaret The trouble as I see it is that it contains 3 cups of burgandy wine for flavor. Guest guest
No alcohol means no alcohol. I know they say it burns off, but I can tell you for sure, I once ate chicken marsala not knowing what marsala was, not being a drinker I had no idea. We were in California in San Francisco on vacation within 10 minutes I was sick. The pain was terrible the food great but not worth what I went through. I avoid ANY foods containing liquor, becareful there are alot of nice desserts with flavored liquors and although they look very tempting NO means NO.
