Guest guest
Hi everyone, Sorry, but had to rejoin. My old email address got deleted and all my groups went with it. I am now in my second week of recovery after spleen surg. Only have one small area that is reddened on the scar that might be infected. Been putting hot compresses and keeping it covered with bandages until it pops open or comes to a head. Will be able to be released back into the work force by the last week of this month. Have one more week to go. Am getting better and a little stronger as each day passes. Thanks again for all your patience and kindness. Hope all is going well for everyone, Sincerely Bache/Washington state

Guest guest
HI , glad you are recovering so well. You might want to try a little Neosporin on the reddened spot on your incision. You certainly dont need any hinderences from wound infection no matter how small. Besides Neosporin is good for reducing scar tissue. Even tho I have alwasy been an advocate of co-co butter for scars, works like a charm. Hope it heals up quick.
Guest guest
Thanks , Even the doc said to use a little Neisporin. I have been placing hot compresses and cleaning it with a little peroxide. It seems to help also keping it covered with a small bandage. It's just really tender to touch. Well recovery otherwise is doing five. Still have days with minimal pain thats when I just play couch potatoe and rest. Thanks for the response and hope to chat again soon wrote: HI , glad you are recovering so well. You might want to try a little Neosporin on the reddened spot on your incision.
