Methadone dosing

I was wondering if anyone knew the dosing " ratio " between Methadone and Morphine

and Methadone and OxyContin? For stance, if you take 10 mg of Methadone, what

mg or " dosing " of Morphine and OxyContin would you have to take to " equal " the

dosing of Methadone?

If anyone has any information on this, would you kindly let me know. So many of

you all have recently stated who much better you feel taking Methadone so I

wanted to get some information about it myself.
