Guest guest
Hello to all of you. I hope you are doing as well as you can. I have not posted for some time, lots of things been going on in my life and I am about a nut case. I am being sued for divorce after 39 years of marriage. I know now where I am going to end up or if I am going to have anything to live on. But right now, is the important one. as been in out of the hospital for quite a while with pancreas attacks. This last attack has been a whopper. She was in hospital as long as the ins allowed and then placed in the nursing home for weeks, as long as ins allowed her to be there. She is now at home with iv's in here. All her veins blew and she has a shunt in her chest for the feedings and the pain medication. An at home nurse comes in daily. She is so weak that she can hardly walk. She wont talk to anyone, even her husband or her kids. She didnt want to leave nursing home. She just seems to really and truly given up and is willing herself to die. She is not talking to me either at this time, so I am not of any help to her. She has told her husband and the kids to get out. I just have no idea how this all is going to end. She did got see Dr Lehman at I U MED and he told her that she was not ill enough to need any thing done. How can this be? If any of you know either Dr Lehman or Dr Sherman well, could you see if one of them will see her again. I tried to call them yesterday and never did get a return call, I also call Cincinnati and they never returned my calls. Her husband says he will sign her in since she is refusing to go either place. If someone does not help her now, I fear the end cant be too far off. Even her husband admitted this to me yesterday. If anyone has any suggestions as to what could be done for her, I would appreciate them. I really am at my wits end and dont know what to do anymore. I think of you all often, Jean
