Guest guest
Began killing off Candida 3 weeks ago with Candizyme & grapefruit seed extract... began Diflucan a week ago. I have noticed drastic improvement in my ability to digest and tolerate vegetables! Finally I am making progress on SCD!!! Almost everything appears to be digesting well! Yipee! I have read some old posts on here about poo that is in small round balls... the previous posts advised to try the constipation protocol. The problem is- I am not constipated. I have a bowel movement once or twice every day-- they are just ping-pong sized with brown slime all over them. I was told by a nurse that this can often happen as the candida is leaving the system, that it has to do with the way the intestines are working to help get rid of the candida from the large intestinal walls. I have tried to increase my veggies to see if my BMs would start looking better... but good and bad news- everything comes out perfectly digested... just in perfect balls. I am rarely experiencing gas/abdominal pain now, and the candida die-off symptoms are pretty much gone! yipee! Since I am still having bowel movements every day and not experiencing discomfort, is there any cause for concern with the shape of them? I introduced beats yesterday to see if they might help.I am also doing about a deciliter of goat yogurt every day. Thanks! - april

The body produces the mucous to protect itself from the yeast (die off ) toxins. Have you tried epsom salt baths? They help to pull the toxins out of the body through the skin and away from the bowels... <<<<I have tried to increase my veggies to see if my BMs would start > looking better... but good and bad news- everything comes out > perfectly digested... just in perfect balls. First the mucous production should start to decrease and as you continue to add more legal fibre the stools should smooth out. The stool you describe does not sound like regular constipation, but does sound like it is getting better. <<<<<I introduced beats yesterday to see if they might help.I am also doing> about a deciliter of goat yogurt every day.> > Thanks! > > - > april 07>>>> The yogurt is probably helping quite a bit with the yeast. I am glad to hear that your symptoms are improving! Congratulations! : ) Sheila, SCD Feb. 2001, UC 23yrs, PCOD 22yrs mom of and
