Guest guest
My daughter is on stage one of the diet. We started it about a month ago. The problem we are having is her OCD is worse than ever. She repeats the same five words over and over and can not stop. She wants me to say them and goes crazy if I do not. She is so angry that she is pulling out her hair. There are clumps of it everywhere. There is no dtistrating her from saying these words. Is this normal in the beginning of the diet? Thanks Adrienne
Guest guest
Adrienne, Feeling completely irritated with everything is normal with die-off in the beginning. She may just be trying to cope with feeling terrible by relying on her OCD behaviors. Have you noticed that her OCD gets worse when she is sick? What is she eating now, exactly? I'd suggest epsom salt baths and activated charcoal. Die off can really suck in the beginning! LOL! B.
