JULIE--an inline dimmer ?? how to get? Install?

Hi

I know u were mentioning to TIA about an inline dimmer switch... TO LOWER TEMP

OF YGURT MAKER so it can run for 24-29 hrs... I just bought a yogurt maker

-Yogourmet Electric Yogurt Maker-... got the goyurt... got goat milk from weston

a price organic unpastuerized, etc. goat milk... now... I SHOULD make yogurt..

but you guys are freaking me out!

so many rules...

so, the yogurt maker does the WRONG thing for us ? It runs too hot? so I need

to now get a dimmer switch... don't I need an electrician for that? or, is

there a dimmer as an extension cord I can get? I am sorry... but I am so

fearful to do this wrong, and it 1-tastes awful; 2- wastes all that money 3-

discoruages me from ever doing it again.

I'd rather measure twice and cut once, so to speak.

If I am understanding soemthing wrong, please explain.
