Guest guest
hi! I want to try the nut butter muffins on my son. But I can't find the recipe anywhere. I found one for almond butter muffins. Do I just substitute the almond butter or is that a different muffin altogether? Also, is it okay to try the nut butter and the bananas in the same recipe for the first time? This kid really needs to have more food options for school and I think these muffins would work. thanks son-3yo-PDD-NOS SCD for two weeks
Guest guest
Hi, , Two weeks seems early for nut butter. But when do you try it, you can substitute any nut butter that you want into the recipe. I recommend trying the ripe banana alone right now. It's a nice snack and has quite a few calories. mom to -12 SCD 4/23/
Guest guest
My son won't touch banana--It's the texture. Maybe if I mash it and put it on his egg bread he'll eat it. I was just really hoping for something new for him. Thanks! -------------- Original message -------------- Hi, , Two weeks seems early for nut butter. Guest guest
Do you think he might drink a smoothie made in the blender with banana, juice, vanilla, honey, and ice? Does he eat eggs? If so, would he like the banana pancakes in BTVC? mom to -12 SCD 4/23/
Guest guest
I will try the banana pancakes tomorrow morning! He may drink the smoothie. I am so stuck on the egg bread at this point that I have a hard time seeing past it! Thank you soooo much! -------------- Original message -------------- Do you think he might drink a smoothie made in the blender with banana, juice, vanilla, honey, and ice? Does he eat eggs?
